Share Your Expertise With OLLI-UW
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Washington (OLLI-UW) is always looking for speakers to share their knowledge with our members!
OLLI-UW offers short, academic programs for people over 50 years of age in the Puget Sound area. Topics range widely—from history and literature to science, art and more. We welcome speakers from across the Pacific Northwest.
Courses typically meet once a week for four weeks, with each session lasting two hours. Courses are offered both in-person and online via Zoom. In-person courses are held at multiple locations around the greater Seattle area. Speakers are offered an honorarium of $125 per week.
OLLI-UW also hosts one-hour lectures in Mukilteo, Redmond and over Zoom. Speakers for these events are offered a $200 honorarium.
Speakers should have a degree or demonstrable expertise in the subject they would like to share. We're currently accepting proposals for programs during the fall, winter and spring quarter. If you're interested in speaking, fill out this form.
